Meet Suzie
Lillie Shawn Imagery was created in 2016 by Suzie and has served over 250 couples in the Central Florida area. In 2017 I (Suzie) met my other half Carlos who's also a photographer and videographer. We've been doing life and photographing and filming weddings together ever since.
We got engaged in April 2022 and are in the process of planning our own wedding. Theres nothing quite like this time of life, planning a wedding can be so much fun and also feel like you're on a rollercoaster.
We do our best to make sure your time with us is easy and stress free, we want you to feel comfortable, taken care of and heard.
We're the best fit for couples who value photos + films and are willing to trust us, our vision and years of experience + expertise to document your unique wedding day. Our style is candid, timeless and romantic with an editorial flair. We're the best hype crew in town and we're here to help you with posing and movement to make sure you're comfortable in front of the camera.
Our photos and films are crafted with heart and authenticity so your imagery will stand the test of time yet still feel genuine and artful in 5, 10 or 50 years. I hope we'll have the honor to document this special season in your life.

Meet Carlos
I'm Carlos and 7 years ago I met this redheaded photographer, asked her to dinner and our life has been an adventure ever since. We've shot hundreds of weddings together and are now in the process of planning our own.
I've been a photographer for 12 years and a videographer for 8. I own Orlando Photography Studio with my business partner and my own Photo + Video Company Romero Photoworks. My background is in engineering so when I'm not on shoots I'm usually working on my car or motorcycle. My favorite color is Orange and I'm a Chocoholic at heart.
You'll see me on wedding days with the Lillie Shawn Imagery team as either a photographer or videographer. When we're not shooting weddings, Suzie can be found on shoots with me for some of our corporate clients or managing rentals in our studio. When we both have a day off we love traveling, grabbing sushi and sleeping in.
We love being a small part of our couples wedding stories and sharing our knowledge of weddings days we've accumulated over the years. I hope to see you in front of our lens soon!

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos.
Engagement Session
We check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.
Wedding Day Prep
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends. Just know we're excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be amazing!
The Big Day
You can expect a few previews within the week of your wedding. Your full photo gallery will be delivered via an online gallery within about six to eight weeks of your wedding. At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums. Wedding films will be delivered online within 16-18 weeks of your wedding day.

Unless you’re a model, being photographed probably feels a little awkward. We do this for a living and we still always feel a little out of place when we have our photos taken every year.
We’re big fans of engagement sessions for a few reasons. First, they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera. It takes time for most couples to warm up to being photographed and understand how we pose. Timelines can be pretty tight on weddings days and 30 minutes may be all we have for portraits - which is why
we’ve found that wedding day portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement sessions ahead of time.
Second, you can showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you (and even include pets!) While they’re great for save-the-dates, we’ve taken engagement photos anywhere from 15 months in advance to a few days before the wedding.
Finally, this season of life can be a whirlwind. Having an engagement session gives you a chance to slow down, focus on each other and make some core memories that will get you excited for your wedding day. We encourage our couples to make a day or afternoon out of it. Get ready together, have a meal or drinks together before or after

Whenever you would like! We can shoot this immediately upon booking or if you're from out of town, we can schedule something closer to the wedding day. We have the most felxibility for engagement sessions during the weekdays as we typically are shooting weddings on the weekends.

We'll send you a few preview photos within 7 days of your wedding to share with friends, fam and to post on the gram. Your full wedding gallery will be ready within 3 months of your wedding day and your wedding films will be ready within 5 months of your wedding day.

When do you charge travel fees for weddings?

Galleries typically include anywhere between 400 and 800 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fullyedited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on social media as long as you credit us when you can.

Amazing! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a $1000 non-refundable retainer payment. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your wedding day.

During our call we'll get to know each other, talk all about your wedding, come up with a realistic working timeline that will help you plan and book your other vendors and I can address any questions or concerns you have.
